Absence Form
Enlightium Academy’s team understands that from time to time life circumstances may prevent students from fulfilling their regular work schedule. This is why Enlightium offers students flexibility to complete their school work.
Students are expected to complete coursework on a weekly basis. However, if a student is unable to finish assigned work during a given week due to illness, travel, or other reasons, please fill out the Absence Form ahead of time or immediately after the absence.

Students in the Online Program and Homeschool Program
Absence forms are only needed when a student will not be able to finish their weekly assignments due to the absence. Please keep in mind that having the student’s absence excused does not reduce or reschedule the student’s coursework. The student is responsible for working ahead before the absence and/or catching up after the absence. Students will still receive summaries that reflect their progress accurately during their absence.
Students in the Sapphire Live Program
A parent or guardian must email the teacher(s) for the class(es) that the student will be missing. Without that email, the absence will be considered unexcused.
