Enrichment Program

The Enrichment Program is part of the hybrid model where students receive instruction from teachers in person and complete most of their school work at home. Students benefit as they work on projects in groups. In addition, weekly Bible studies support students’ spiritual aspects per their age. Extracurricular activities also meet the state requirements for physical education, fine arts, and other electives.

How Will the Enrichment Program Benefit Your Students?

  • Meet in-person with certified Enlightium Academy instructors and other Enlightium students in the same grade level
  • Invest time in fun and interesting projects related to the curriculum
  • Have fun learning about different drawing and art techniques
  • Explore the Bible with devotionals most weeks of the school year

Enrichment students use their creativity, critical thinking, and the knowledge they have learned to participate in a weekly enrichment activity. These activities range from teacher instruction to activities where students employ their knowledge and creativity in order to complete a task or project.

What Do I Need to Do to Get Started?

Registration Details
  • Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Rolling registration is available with each group (K5-3, and 4-6) having on average 12 students.
  • If your child is already enrolled at Enlightium Academy, and you are interested in participating in the Enrichment Program, please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  • If your child is not already enrolled at Enlightium Academy, please complete the enrollment form.
  • The Enrichment Program is available to part-time students. If parents want their student(s) to only attend the enrichment day without attending the academic day or without full enrollment in the Homeschool Program (BJU Press or AOP curriculum), they would not be considered a student of record at Enlightium Academy but only a part-time student, and they would be required to keep records and meet Washington state homeschooling requirements. Students enrolled under the Enlightium Academy Homeschool Program and only attending the enrichment day without attending the academic day will receive credit for elective courses taken.
In-Person Guidelines
  • Be on time - Just as in any classroom, being on time shows respect and responsibility.
  • Be prepared - Students need to bring all of their supplies.
  • Have good communication - In order for coordinators to meet students’ needs, students should have good communication with their coordinator and let them know if they have any questions about the schoolwork.
Student’s Guide
  • Complete the Student Orientation by the first day of school.
  • Review their coordinator’s introduction letter and understand what is expected of students.
  • On Enrichment days, students will work on elective subjects per the daily schedule.
  • Review student opportunities available throughout the year.
