Bronze Support

The Bronze Support package gives students counselor support three times per year.

• During registration/school start: A counselor will work with your child to create a course plan.
• 1st semester evaluation: A counselor will focus on your child’s progress and make additional academic recommendations.
• 2nd semester evaluation: A counselor will focus on your child’s progress and make additional academic recommendations for the next school year.

The Bronze Support package offers an à la carte model where parents can add counseling services via phone or screen share as well as a summer school extension for an extra fee.

Both parents and students must agree to join this program.

• If your child isn’t succeeding within the first semester (e.g., issues with attendance or not receiving passing grades), then they will be required to upgrade to the Silver Program.
• If parents fail in their responsibilities to provide adequate oversight and academic support for their child, the student may be withdrawn from Enlightium per general progress policies.

Enlightium provides curriculum, official record-keeping, and grading of assignments. Parents are responsible to encourage, engage, and support the child’s learning at home and abide by the program agreement. This agreement must be signed in addition to the standard enrollment terms during the enrollment process.

• ACSI-certified teachers will grade students’ work within 72 hours.
• Teachers will answer students’ messages about technical and policy-related questions within 72 hours.
• Parents will have access to teachers when assistance is needed to find additional resources to help teach the student a concept.

• Some add-ons are not available for students enrolled in the Bronze Package. See the comparison table below for more information.
• Honors, Advanced Placement (AP), and Dual Enrollment (DE) programs are not available to students enrolled in the Bronze Package.
• To receive a high school diploma from Enlightium, students enrolled in the Bronze Package must upgrade to at least the Silver Teacher Support Package in grades 11-12 and their status must be full-time.
