Grades PreK-12

Pay the $250 enrollment fee and complete the enrollment form* for each new student. The enrollment fee is non-refundable after 72 hours. 

*The enrollment form will need to be completed using a laptop or desktop computer, not a smartphone or tablet.

Grades K-12

Talk to your student’s previous school to ensure that Enlightium receives all records in a timely manner. Enlightium will request records from the previous school; however, you will be provided the opportunity to submit records during the enrollment process if you have them on hand. Additional records may be required*.

Grades 1-12

Entrance assessments in math and English are typically assigned within one school day of submitting the enrollment application. The entrance assessment should be completed by the student as soon as possible so that the student’s counselor, along with reviewing records and the parents’ input, can determine course assignments.

Grades PreK-12

Enlightium Academy is a private Christian school that is accredited by Cognia and the Association of Christian Schools International and serves homeschool, online, and co-op school students in grades preK-12. Since most of our students study from home settings, some states view our students as homeschoolers, therefore requiring them to follow their state’s homeschool requirements. Grades PreK-12

Parents with students in:

• The Online Program: 
• Grades 3-8 will receive a notification via email when courses are assigned and collaborate with the counselors if any questions arise. Counselors may contact the parent if there are any questions about prior school years or enrollment notes.
• Grades 9–12 will receive a course planner via email from their counselor. Parents will need to review and confirm their student’s proposed course plan in order for courses to be assigned. Students with unconfirmed plans will be assigned courses deemed as required by the counselor after two school days of the plan being sent.
• The Homeschool Program will receive a welcome email from their counselor with the required action steps along with instructions to confirm the curriculum content that is to be purchased by the parent.
• The Sapphire Live Program will receive a welcome email with required action steps including the class schedule, technical requirements, school supply list, and a link to schedule the Sapphire Family Conference.

The Parent Orientation, to be completed by all parents, is a video series that includes:

• The Parent's Role at Enlightium Academy
• School Services and Offerings
• Communication to and from Enlightium
• Technical Requirements and Troubleshooting
• Spiritual and Social Offerings
• Virtual Open Houses

The Student Orientation course is assigned around the student’s start date and discusses how to access student resources, social and spiritual offerings, and more!
