7th Grade Bible emphasizes the life of Christ as told by the writers of the New Testament. As students acquire a better working knowledge of the Bible's teachings, they will also explore how it applies to their lives each day through discussions of worship, the mission of mankind, and God's enduring love for His people as shown through His love, mercy, and grace.
With the King James Version as the primary reference, this course asks students to get to know Christ on a deeper level through the study of His life, ministry, death, and resurrection. Additional topics covered include the prophecies foretold and fulfilled, the book of Psalms, life in the Spirit, and God's enduring plan for His people.
1 year – available as an Honor course
7th Grade English helps students build more than perfect sentences, but also a love for the English language. With a focus on the mechanics of composition and the most effective use of different parts of speech, this course not only teaches students to be better communicators, but reinforces the building blocks of English with spelling, reading, and vocabulary instruction.
While students build on early writing skills, they will continue to explore word choices, sentence structure, and finally the creation of full compositions. In addition, they will practice their reading skills and comprehension as they explore fiction, non-fiction, and other literary genres through reading and analysis. Course content is not only rigorous, but engaging and self-directed to help students develop their critical thinking skills and promote digital literacy.

This course is broad in scope, providing middle school students with a comprehensive overview of the social sciences including history. Students begin the course by defining history and its relationship to humanity over the ages. Students will also examine the many social science disciplines including social behavior, markets and competition, politics, economics, and anthropology.
Fun and engaging, this class allows students to work both in and out of the classroom at a pace that best suited for their individual learning styles. Through an examination of society from a Christian point of view, they will learn about the way humanity has been shaped by the world around them and the events of the past.

Interactive and rigorous, 7th Grade Math reinforces the fundamentals and introduces students to higher-level pre-algebra and pre-geometry concepts. The course begins with a review of sets and different number systems, decimals, rounding, functions, and basic math operations. As students progress through the course, they will study fractions and word problems, geometry, and statistics, and begin solving for variables.
7th Grade Math is designed not only to review important fundamental math concepts but to encourage critical thinking skills and promote math inquiry with self-directed lessons and exercises. After reviewing crucial math foundations, students will explore real-world problems that can be solved by math calculations. Math skills such as using a calculator, geometric measurement and formulas, statistics, and other analytical tools will help them prepare for their future.

Dig into the earth with this interactive exploration of our planet and its place in the universe with 7th Grade Earth Science. Students will learn about the earth's form, structure, and systems, and the forces that change them over time. From the earth's core to the diversity of its crust, the entire planet is covered in this engaging course.
From geothermal energy deep within its core to the rocks and minerals that lie on its surface, the earth is the focus of this engaging science course. Students will enjoy digging into interactive lessons that examine the changing face of the planet. Lessons include the study of geochemical cycles, earthquakes and volcanoes, the earth's resources, the effects of weather, atmospheric cycles, and the earth's place in the solar system.
